Become a Tutor
Build a Career Teaching English to the World
You already speak the language every day. We teach you how to teach it, assess you honestly, and introduce our strongest tutors to ESL companies, schools and private clients around the world.

Why train with OASIS & OAKS Education
OASIS & OAKS Education trains and develops English language tutors, then introduces the strongest of them to ESL companies, schools and private clients. We are based in Ibadan, Nigeria, and our outlook stretches well beyond it.
Whether you are a fresh graduate curious about teaching or a professional looking for a change of direction, this page sets out exactly what you need, what training involves and what happens afterwards. No fine print and no surprises.
Most of our tutors teach online, guiding learners who may live thousands of kilometres away. The work is flexible, demanding and rewarding in equal measure, and the route there starts with the same six steps for everyone.
Teach beyond borders
Online ESL work lets you teach learners in other countries without leaving home.
Learn by doing
Training is hands-on. You plan lessons, run teaching demonstrations and get feedback you can act on straight away.
Honest guidance
We tell you plainly where you stand at every stage. No hype and no guesswork.
